About the event
Please join us for an amazing culinary experience and insect taxidermy workshop. Chef Sam Lopez, of INSURGENT. will be offering a 4 course plated appetizer featuring real bugs. Ben Esley of The Bearded Monk will offer beer pairings. After dinner, pin a giant redwing grasshopper from PERU and either take it home, or leave it with us for framing!
