Mad Scientist Laboratory: City Hall West

Denton's City Hall West gets a sinister makeover every October, with massive tentacles creeping across the building's façade at the mad scientist's laboratory.

The Scary Chairy Orchard is a community art installation that fills the City Hall courtyard with hundreds of upcycled, Halloween-themed chairs designed and decorated by Denton residents, local businesses, and artists throughout October. Born from the legacy of Denton's beloved original Chairy Orchard, this one-of-a-kind display is proof that when you give Dentonites a creative challenge, they show up in the most wonderfully weird ways.

The all-new Ghastly Gardens features a spooky walk through a haunted forest. Explore mysterious plant life made by local artists as you traverse this foggy forest. For the most chilling experience, we reccomend visiting at night!
