El Zocalo Food Truck Park, opened in 2024 and located at 204 East McKinney Street, behind Ambro’s Tacos, this small plaza features the following four (4) unique food trucks including LM On the Grill (barbecue favs), Smoketerranean (a Mediterranean flair), Crisp Burger & Wings, Bae*con, Cinema Bandi (Indian fusion with plenty of vegetarian options) and Meza Corina.  All food trucks at this location are open until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, with some being open even later. Corazon Roto Cantina is also open until 2am.

Austin Street Truck Stop at 208 North Austin Street (behind East Side Bar) is a popular hangout spot in the downtown with six (6) food trucks, an outdoor bar and giant LED screen playing popular sporting events and, during Halloween, movies each Wednesday evening. Food trucks at this location include: The Tomato Pizza (a mobile reincarnation of Denton’s beloved Flying Tomato Pizza joint that’ll bring back your hazy memories of the 90s), The Saucy Hibachi (Asian bowls and entrees), The Pickled Carrot (Vietnamese cuisine), El Cucuy Burritos, Mexorean (the finest in Korean/Mexican fusion), Munchies (comfort food with a twist). All Austin Street food trucks are open until 11 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with some open as late as 2AM.

Feta’s Lone Star Greek Food Truck: Located on East Oak Street in front of Oak Street Drafthouse, Feta’s was voted best food truck by the Dallas Observer in 2021 and serves delicious gyro meat, chicken, lamb, and vegetarian pita and gyro sandwiches, feta fries, greek salad, and other mediterranean favs. Open until midnight Wednesday through Saturday.

South Asian and South of the Square: In recent years, Denton has benefited from the addition of a number of food trucks offering authentic Indian and South Asian cuisine. These food trucks offer plenty of vegetarian and meat-based options and are perfect for the hungry night owl. Just south of the Square you will find these four (4) South Asian food trucks: Ravi Babu Biryani (500 S. Locust), Golconda Xpress (520 S. Locust), Palle Vellugu (611 S. Locust), and Food Junction (701 S. Elm). All of these food trucks are open until 2 AM.
